As a non-profit charity organisation, SOE relies on the generosity of patrons and fundraising efforts to sustain its community outreach programmes. We strive to engage and to give back to our local community as well as to inspire and assist youths towards fulfilling their dreams.
Since 2010, the SOE Fundraising Golf Challenge has been the main fundraising driver for SOE. The Golf Challenge provides entrepreneurs with opportunities to network with professionals and peers over a game of golf and dinner.
SOE is an approved Institution of a Public Character (IPC), and golfers who participate in the Fundraising Golf Challenge receive tax deductions for their contributions. The golf tournament culminates in a dinner and auction segment where items generously contributed by donors are put up for bidding, and all proceeds go towards funding our initiatives for youths.
