At the Spirit of Enterprise (SOE), we believe that great ideas start young. Since 2005, our Student Entrepreneur Programme (SEP) has inspired thousands of youth across Singapore to take their first steps into the world of business. Through this immersive entrepreneur programme, students gain real-world exposure to how enterprises are built, operated, and sustained in today’s fast-changing economy.

What Is the Student Entrepreneur Programme?

The SEP is a hands-on learning journey that goes beyond textbooks. Designed as an entrepreneurship course in Singapore, it provides students with both foundational and practical business skills. Participants learn everything from developing business ideas and managing operations to understanding financial sustainability. More importantly, they experience what it means to be resilient, creative, and adaptable – qualities essential for every aspiring entrepreneur.

This entrepreneurship course isn’t just about learning theories. It’s about nurturing entrepreneurial mindsets, encouraging innovation, and building leadership skills. Every session brings business concepts to life, allowing participants to apply what they learn directly through real-world challenges and project-based experiences.
