Frederick Seah is Managing Director and Executive Creative Director of 360 Communications Pte Ltd, with more than 30 years’ experience in marketing communications and creative content. He has helmed his agency for 23 years and previously led regional advertising campaigns for a decade. His expertise spans brand strategy, client relations, content development, and organisational leadership, establishing him as a prominent figure in Singapore’s marketing industry.
Volunteer Role & Focus:
As a member of the Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) Board of Governors, Frederick has significantly contributed to the preservation and evolution of entrepreneurial storytelling. He led the redesign of the 21st‑Anniversary SOE Book, including the introduction of personalised tribute covers for honourees. In 2025, he was part of a dedicated Task Force that reviewed award categories and nomination procedures, striving to make recognition more inclusive and impactful. He continues to champion clarity, creativity and purpose in showcasing entrepreneurial journeys.
