Founder and CEO Ms Novie Djayayanti leads a thriving group of F&B companies in Singapore, including household names such as Eatz Catering Services, Catering Culture, Eatz Express and the Halal-certified Mutiara Seafood by Jumbo Group.
Since starting her entrepreneurial journey in 2005, she has earned a reputation for blending tradition with innovation, building beloved brands in Singapore’s culinary corporate and domestic markets.
Volunteer Role & Focus:
A 2018 SOE Award honoree, Ms Novie joined the SOE Board of Governors in 2019, where her visionary leadership and deep commitment to enterprise made her a standout contributor. Appointed President of SOE in 2025, her focus is to lead the next team of Board of Governors (2025–2026) to further strive and inspire the future generations of entrepreneurs across Singapore’s vibrant business landscape.
