Bio
Sheam Zenglin is Practice Trainee at Oaks Legal LLC, holding an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London (2010) and currently pursuing a Juris Doctor for law at Singapore University of Social Sciences. She serves as company secretary to multiple private firms and has been advising on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, IP protection, data privacy, debt restructuring, corporate real estate and family arrangements since 2006. She has also contributed to legal publications on business regulations and data protection.
Volunteer Role & Focus:
Sheam is involved in the Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) as part of the Student Interviewer Programme (SIP). In this role, she provides guidance to students participating in the programme, helping them to develop critical thinking, interview techniques, and research skills. Her involvement contributes to bridging education with real-world exposure by connecting students with local entrepreneurs and their stories.
