Sivanessan is Director and Shareholder of Griffin Protection Integrated Services Pte Ltd, which employs over 300 security personnel and is at the forefront of adopting new technologies in security services. As CEO of Vislas Academy, he provides communication and personal-branding training to students and adults. His entrepreneurial efforts have earned him local and regional accolades.
Volunteer Role & Focus:
Since receiving an SOE Award in 2018, he joined the Board of Governors in 2019 and has undertaken roles across networking, PR, media outreach, and event management. Appointed Awards Chairman and later Vice‑President in 2024, Sivanessan works to shape SOE’s policies and outreach, focusing on youth education and public engagement in entrepreneurship.
